Where are the spotlight lives hosted?

All of our lives are hosted on TikTok via one of our Admin's personal channels and the official The Indie Author Revolution's Page. 

What is a spotlight live?

During our lives, self-published and soon-to-be published authors can take the stage for 5 minutes to tell our audience about your book, your socials, where they can get it, really anything you want your readers to know!

Is there a fee to be a participating author?

Nope! Here at The Indie Author Revolution we believe that when one of us rises, we all rise together.  By allowing indie authors a shot at 5 minutes of free marketing we believe we can change the game and help more fellow authors reach their target audience. 

Do I need to preregister for the event?

Technically? No. We do allow "walk ins." However, if you'd like one of the priority spots, its highly recommended you preregister and let us know you'll be coming on to chat with us!

Can I help market the event and invite friends to watch?

Absolutely! Just send us a message and we'd be happy to supply you with pre-made graphics if you need them. Please tag our official TikTok account in any promotional videos you make so that we can help boost your post. 

Are there strings attached?

ZERO. You will receive a message from one of our moderators shortly after your spotlight with a link to a Google Form. It is entirely optional to fill out, however upon completion your book and information will be posted here on our website for viewers to easily access the list of books featured.
