Our Mission & Structure
The Indie Author Revolution, LLC, is a for-profit limited liability company registered in Arizona. While we are not currently a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our mission is deeply rooted in supporting, empowering, and amplifying independent voices within the publishing industry.
We are wholly owned by The Indie Author Revolution, a Texas nonprofit corporation that has been formed under Texas law and is preparing its application for federal tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status. Please note: Until the IRS approves our 501(c)(3) status, donations to the nonprofit may not be tax-deductible.
When you enroll in a course, buy a guide, or purchase services, you are fueling a movement: 100% of our profits are reinvested directly back into the growth, tools, and community programming of the nonprofit. Our ultimate goal is to make publishing more accessible, inclusive, and affordable for indie authors everywhere.

Corporate Transparency
The Indie Author Revolution, LLC is a registered for-profit limited liability company based in Arizona, wholly owned by The Indie Author Revolution, a Texas nonprofit corporation currently applying for federal tax-exempt status. Neither entity is currently a tax-exempt organization. No information on this website constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. Please consult a professional for advice specific to your situation.
ISBN Purchases and Imprint Mapping
When purchasing an ISBN through us, The Indie Author Revolution is listed as the Imprint Publisher, as we are registered through Bowker as the official publishing house. Once you purchase your ISBN, you become one of our assisted self-published authors, and you will be listed on our website as such. Please review the ISBN FAQ page before you decide to push forward.
Dissolution Clause
In the event that Indie Author Revolution, LLC dissolves or ceases operation, all previously assigned ISBNs will remain valid for the author’s continued use. However, no future metadata updates or services will be available through us. Authors may choose to re-release their work under a new ISBN or imprint at their discretion.

However, individual results may vary based on personal effort, writing experience, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcomes, earnings, or career success from using our courses or materials.
No Return / No Refund Policy
Due to the immediate delivery and downloadable nature of our digital resources, all sales of courses, digital products, merchandise, and services are final. Digital content can be easily duplicated, so offering refunds would compromise the integrity of our materials. We strive to provide clear course descriptions and previews so you can make an informed decision before purchase.
Technical Exceptions: In rare cases where an unexpected technical issue prevents access to purchased content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work promptly to resolve access problems or offer alternative solutions.
Sales Tax Information
At Indie Author Revolution LLC, we are committed to full transparency and compliance with state tax laws. Since Indie Author Revolution LLC is based in Arizona, we are required to collect and remit Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT)—Arizona’s version of sales tax—on all taxable goods and services sold to customers residing within Arizona.
Live, interactive classes or coaching sessions that do not include digital or physical goods may be exempt from sales tax, per current Arizona regulations.
The total applicable sales tax rate includes the Arizona state TPT rate plus any additional local city or county taxes based on your delivery address. The final total will be displayed clearly at checkout.
